Opening doors for everyone to new opportunities

חזון

Giving youth and adults equal opportunities for success, fulfillment and realization of their true potential!

The not-for-profit's vision is to give all populations in Israel equal opportunity for access to technological studies and integration into the world of hi-tech  . The aim is to nurture a young generation that is groomed to build the future of technology, thanks to equitable access to quality  cyber studies and technological education. Through innovative and personalized educational programs and trainings we enable youth and adults, with limited resources, to develop advanced skills in the world of technology and cyber, allowing them to succeed in the future, integrate into quality employment and contribute to society in an exceptional manner.

About the Association

Cyber is one of the hottest and most interesting fields in Israel and across the world.
As the world becomes more digitized, we face an increased risk of exposure to cyber-attacks. Individuals, companies, organizations, and governments can no longer exist without substantial cybersecurity protection.

Today, there are over three million positions open worldwide in the field of cybersecurity and in Israel as well, there is a high and constant demand for skilled workers, at a rewarding salary.

CYBER FOR ALL incorporates underprivileged youth and adults in cyber-study programs at the Israel Cyber Campus. The campus provides training for careers in cyber using theoretical and practical instruction through a simulator that replicates actual attacks. The students who complete the training program finish their course of study with tens of hours of experience, training on real-life attacks and are ready to begin working.

Yigal Unna, who was head of Israel’s National Cyber Directorate from 2017 to 2022, serves as the campus president. Gary Kasparov, former world chess champion and current expert in cyber and AI, sits on the board of directors.

The campus is recognized by the Israeli Ministry of Labor and by the Ministry of Defense.

CYBER FOR ALL raises funds and awards scholarships for cyber studies to youth and adults  and cooperates with other organizations to provide graduates with support and guidance for quality placement .
Our goal is to expand cooperation with the public, philanthropic, business and social sectors in order to increase the number of adults and youth who will be exposed, trained and integrated into employment in the fields of technology and cyber in Israel.

The Association's Goals

CYBER FOR ALL (NPO) acts to provide equal opportunities for populations from the social and geographic periphery through knowledge acquisition, training and job placement in technological professions, especially in the field of cyber. In most cases, the students who benefit from advanced cyber studies come from the stronger, more established areas of the country. There are many potential students from areas in the periphery who cannot afford funding for cyber studies. Our goal is to fund the studies for those prospective youth and adults, through full or partial scholarships and to accompany them towards quality placement.

Promotion of social and economic equality: Providing equal opportunities for underprivileged populations through accessibility and funding of technological education, to cultivate a better future.
Development of skills and abilities: Providing an equal opportunity for a steady job placement and enabling underprivileged populations to develop the skills and abilities to become financially independent.
Economic and social development: The opportunity for underprivileged individuals  to join the workforce will generate economic and social growth for society in general and more specifically for these individuals.
Improvement of quality of life and social mobility: Integrating into quality placement allows underprivileged populations to improve their socio-economic status and integrate into the community as contributing members.

Cyber Scholarships for Displaced Youth

Supporting Displaced Youth with an Empowering and Unique Learning Experience

Since October 7 and the outbreak of the Swords of Iron War, tens of thousands of adults, youth, and children displaced from their homes in northern and southern Israel still reside in hotels or other temporary solutions. It remains uncertain when they will be able to return home. The displaced youth face numerous challenges during this sensitive period in their lives: educational challenges, emotional strain, social isolation and uncertainty about the future. Especially during these times, CYBER FOR ALL aims to offer these youths a life-changing learning experience, a unique cyber course for ages 13-17 to train the next generation of cyber warriors.
Participation in the unique cyber courses at Israel Cyber Campus will offer the youth:
● Knowledge and tools to identify and deal with online risks and threats, for them and their
family and friends.
● A safe and enriching environment where they can learn about cybersecurity and develop
important future skills.
● An enjoyable learning experience that helps ease the emotional stress caused by the war
and being away from home.
● A sense of community and belonging, meeting other youth.
25 sessions (75 academic hours) covering topics such as internet safety, data privacy, coding, and
digital literacy. The course can serve as a first step in choosing a field of study, preparation for
military service, and even a future career in cybersecurity.
A scholarship to fund participation in the course for one youth is NIS 5,300 / $ 1,450
*The scholarship completion is provided by ISRAEL CYBER CAMPUS.

Every scholarship makes a difference and has an impact!

We invite you to donate scholarships and take part in this crucial support for displaced youth, and in training the next generation of Israel cyber warriors.

Meeting

Olim (Immigrants) to High – Tech

For immigrants and new immigrants who immigrated to Israel from Russia and Ukraine, since the outbreak of the war in Ukraine. These immigrants face immigration and absorption difficulties, cultural gaps, language difficulties and difficulty integrating into appropriate employment and Israeli society. The program includes comprehensive professional training as a SOC Analyst (cyber protection implementer), preparation for practical work, accompaniment and employment placement in the cyber field. Thanks to the program, the participants are integrated into stable employment in a sought-after field with a rewarding salary and in workplaces that are a significant opening for integration into Israeli society.

The project is carried out in cooperation with the itworks association. In light of the great value that this project has for the beneficial integration of immigrants into Israeli society, the CYBER FOR ALL association aims to raise additional resources, expand the project and include immigrants from other countries, who are in an immigration crisis and need assistance.
